Dear Jennifer and Victoria
I hope it's never too late to say "Thank You." I'm sorry it has taken me this long to express to you, both. My deepest appreciation for the way in which you helped me cope with the loss of Kailey. You were so patient and accommodating and attentive to my every need. I am truly grateful to you both. I still think of her every day and catch myself thinking she's still around the house. But after that brief moment I take comfort in knowing she has spent this very cold winter wrapped snuggly in her fleece in a beautiful and peaceful place, surrounded by family who looked after animals her whole life - My Great Aunt. Weird? Maybe, but very comforting- and I have you to thank for that. So, when I'm missing my girl, you and your kindness also come to mind - and I could never express the depth of my appreciation. It's good to know that we have good people in this world that care and are willing to commit themselves to make a change. You, Brian and Victoria have showed us in the K-9 unit and the sheriff's office that people still do care about the police and the job we do. We can not thank you and all of the Heaven's Pets staff enough. You truely made one of the hardest days of our lives a bit easier. The kindness and comfort you shared will never be forgotten. You treated our sweet Gynger as if she were a part of your own family. Gynger will be missed greatly and will always be remembered and thanks to you and Heaven's Pets, our last memories with her were very peaceful. The world has many special people. We are so glad you were a part of our closure with Gynger.
