I hope it’s never too late to say “Thank You.” I’m sorry it has taken me this long to express to you, both. My deepest appreciation for the way in which you helped me cope with the loss of Kailey. You were so patient and accommodating and attentive to my every need. I am truly grateful to you both. I still think of her every day and catch myself thinking she’s still around the house. But after that brief moment I take comfort in knowing she has spent this very cold winter wrapped snuggly in her fleece in a beautiful and peaceful place, surrounded by family who looked after animals her whole life – My Great Aunt. Weird? Maybe, but very comforting- and I have you to thank for that. So, when I’m missing my girl, you and your kindness also come to mind – and I could never express the depth of my appreciation.
