Lexi Moody
In Loving Memory of Lexi Moody
Born: September 27, 2013 | Passed: July 19, 2020
In loving memory of our loyal, sweet, loving, caring, playful, Lexi. Lexi has been a part of our lives for 5 years. Our hearts will forever be broken from the loss of you. Lexi has brought so much joy into our lives along with so much unconditional love and was loved unconditionally. We shared a life, like no other. You stole our hearts from us since day one, you were our spoiled little girl. Everyone who came in contact with you, you left a mark on them. Everyone loved our sweet Lexi. You were not just a pet; you were one of us. You were our family. You were supposed to grow old with us, baby girl.
From Mom: My baby girl … my girl … my best friend … our house is so quiet without you here. You were our noise-maker, protector, our companion, our brave little girl. Momma will miss our daily/nightly cuddles, you following me everywhere I went, knocking me over because you wanted the food I had. Imma miss you sleeping on my side or in my legs, my sofa partner, putting your paws on me so I can rub your back, but there is nothing that I will not miss of you. I will cherish every memory, every second you were with me. You will always be momma’s spoiled little girl. You will forever hold a special place in my heart Lexi. I will NEVER forget those big brown puppy dog eyes you give when I walk inside when your excited to see me.
-Love Momma Courtney
From Grandma: Lexi you were my baby. You were the happiest person to see me when I got back from work every day. I will miss our hangouts on the weekend watching TV. I will miss how you would aggravate me to go out & potty because your mom was still sleeping are busy. I love you baby girl. You will be missed daily. You forever will be in my heart and I will miss you so much “My Lexi”.
-Love Grandma Nichol
From Uncle: I’m so sad that you are not here anymore Lexi. Who will run to the door & bark when I’m about to walk in the house? Who will I feed my food to? Who will i make videos of now? I will miss you my “Sexy Lexi”. I love you always.
-Love Uncle DeQuan
From Grandpa: You’re no longer here to bark & growl at me when I open the door. You’re no longer here to sit & watch to see if imma drop some food of my plate.
-Love Grandpa Godfrey
PS.
You’re no longer here to greet us as we walk through the door. You’re not there to make us smile, to make us laugh anymore. Life seems quiet without you; you were far more than a dog to us. You were a family member, a friend … a loving soul we’ll never forget. It will take time to heal – for the silence to go away.
Momma still listens for you, and misses you every day. You were such a great companion—constant, loyal and true. My heart will always wear the pawprints left by you.
We Love and Miss you so much Lexi!!!
