All private cremations include:

  • A Lock of Hair that is placed in a silk sachet bag. There are a few instances when this is not possible.
  • A numbered ID tag guaranteeing the identity of your pet throughout the cremation process.
  • Your pet’s Certificate of Cremation.
  • Personalized poems in your pet’s remembrance.
  • Transportation of your pet from your veterinarian or emergency clinic within 75 miles of Heaven’s Pets.
  • Complimentary use of our counseling room to say goodbye to your beloved pet.
  • Complimentary grief counseling at our Lake Lawn Metairie Cemetery location.

Packages are sold “as is” and there are no substitutions. Any additional items or services may be purchased separately.
