Communal Cremation

With a communal cremation you can rest assured that your pet will receive the same quality and care as with a private cremation. Heaven’s Pets at Lake Lawn Metairie Cremation & Bereavement Center offers communal cremations at a modest price and has the only PLPA Certified Pet Cremation Specialists in Louisiana and Mississippi.

A communal cremation means that your pet will be cremated with other pets in our cremation chamber and their cremated remains will NOT be returned. Their cremated remains will be respectfully scattered in our Memorial Garden and the certificate of cremation, personalized poems and keepsake items will be returned to you.

Included in the price of each communal cremation is:

  • An Ink Print of your pet’s Paw or Nose.
  • A Lock of Hair that is placed in a silk sachet bag. There are a few instances when this is not possible.
  • Your pet’s Certificate of Cremation.
  • Personalized poems in your pet’s remembrance.
  • Transportation of your pet from your veterinarian or emergency clinic within 75 miles of Heaven’s Pets.
  • Complimentary use of our counseling room to say goodbye to your beloved pet.
  • Complimentary grief counseling at our Lake Lawn Metairie Cemetery location.
